Question:

Stop giving in to cravings!..?

ok im trying to lose weight and i only eat when im hungry but when at the dinner table i cant ever just have one helping of something which is causing me to overeat and bring me back to square one. lol what can i do to stop craving more, only take what i need and walk away?

  1. u need to want it more..maybe you don't want to lose the pounds badly enough, but just get by at least 3-4 days and u will no longer want seconds and stuff..because you will be used to not taking more..trust me it worked for me the first couple of days are the toughest


  2. Drink Tea! It really helps stop cravings.

    Also, before dinner drink a glass or two of water which will make you less hungry and eat less.

    And lastly, make very healthy dinner, or only make enough for one serving of the main course and make extra vegetables so that for your second serving it doesn't really matter because it is healthy anyway.

  3. I hear ya....try chewing gum...lots of it if you have to.
