Stop instant tea and coffee from clumping?

I don't use inst tea and coff much but want it on hand so it lasts forever and hardens up. I ran them through a sieve but it takes no time to clump - help

Keep it in a cool dry place. It doesn't take that much longer to brew fresh tea or coffee. You can brew a whole pot and keep it in a thermos all day.

probably clumps cos of moisture or a wet spoon going in it. get sachets if u dont hav it often
