Stop someone from faxing my phone line?

How do I stop someone from faxing my phone line. I do not have call display and apparently their machine is on redial.

I do not know who is trying to send the fax. Is there anything I can do? Ie. # key or * key or enter zeros?

try to *69 and see if you can get the number. if you can, then go to a kinkos or something and fax them a message telling them to stop it.

a fax will continue to attempt to send a fax until it is sucessful.

if you have access to a fax machine, plug it into your line, as all faxes are required to print the phone number where the fax came from... then fax them back

you should have at least 1 phone with caller ID... its pretty much standard now a days.... but if not like the other person said *69 and fax them back from a copy center....

if all else fails... get a caller id manager... and block that number from calling you ...
