Stop vertical sliding windows from slipping?

Question

I have a two year old house and the vertical windows on the taller (4 x 2.5 foot sliding section) windows are sliding down. I ran the windows all the way up and couldn't feel the tracks on the sides nor could i find them with them with the windows down. anyone now how to tighten these up so they hold in the up position better?

IF YOUR WINDOWS ARE ALREADY DOING THIS,I THINK I WOULD GET INTOUCH W/THE BUILDER AND FIND OUT WHERE THE WINDOWS CAME FROM,THEY ARE MORE THAN LIKELY STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRNANTY.THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN FOR ATLEAST 10 MORE YRS.
