Stop website tables moving with increased text? Frontpage?

Hello,

I am working on the following website: www.darcywardracing.com/index.php

When designed in photoshop, the tables on the left (nav bar, results etc) all stay close together. But when I post a large cutenews article, the tables on the left spread out with bigs gaps between them. How can I stop them moving and keep them tight together? It is hard to explain but you will understand when you see the site!

Unfortunately, the answer is - throw away the code and start from scratch.

Photoshop is a very good program for producing graphics. It is awful for producing HTML.
