Stop working a week early or not?

I'm just finished my first year of college, and now it is summer. I've been working full time as an intern this summer.

My school lets us move in anytime in the week before school starts. I started work 4 days after I ended school. I've been working basically all summer, I only took one day off so far, for a backpacking trip.

So I've been having a struggle deciding when to stop working.

I can either stop working and miss 4 days of work, but hang out with my friends, or keep working, and keep making the money.

The biggest problem here is that I am making SO much money, I feel like I'm losing money if I stop working early. I make about $130 per day, so I don't earn $540 if don't work that extra week. I realize I could use that $540 for lots of party stuff, expendable income, etc if I work that extra time.

Its such a hard decision for me.

When you look back, which will you regret.  Extra cash is fine, but I'll bet you will regret not taking off more than you'd regret missed income.

When you take off, don't waste it, live it.
