Stopped accutane after 1 month and I want to get a tattoo ?

I have been on accutane for a month now. I decided to stop because of all the side effects. Now i want to get my 2nd tattoo and i dont know how long should i wait. Thank You in advance

i was accutane for 6 months, and got a tattoo at least 3 months after i stopped taking it, maybe longer. i didn't have any side effects apart from chapped lips though.

it can cause problems with tattoos while you're on it, but i don't know how long afterward.

you should definitely wait till all side effects are gone, maybe talk to your doctor and artist.

I thought accutane was taken completely off the market??

  People who are on long term therapy have to normally wait up to a full year - with such a short time I would think you can tattoo a lot sooner.  Always check with a medical professional in this regard.
