Stopped in the middle of an intersection on a red light?

can the cameras catch you if you are stopped in the middle of an intersection on a red light? I passed when it was yellow so im safe but then it turned red while i was stopped a little in the intersection due to traffic. and im wondering if they can know that or no? however i was only stoppe for a couple of seconds.

  1. If you entered the intersection before the light turned red, the other traffic is supposed to wait until you clear the intersection before starting off. The cameras only take pictures if you enter the intersection after the light turned red.

  3. if your pass the line you have run the light stopping in the intersection blocking other cars not any better do you think

  4. Don't worry about it, the camera only takes pictures of those that enter the intersection once the light has turned red. In your case you were in the intersection before the light turned red so there is nothing to worry about.  

  5. No, it only does it if you pass the red light. Don't worry, you are okay.

    You are not supposed to enter an intersection on a yellow unless you are SURE you will clear it.

    That's the reason yellow lights exist - to tell you the red is coming.
