Stopped receiving mail?!?!?

Question

My brother has stoped recieving mail completly, including bills, monthly bank statements, regular letters.

Isn't this wierd? He called the post office here in Canada and no one could tell him what to do or where to call for help?

He never changed his adress.

What should he do?

Btw This is real life mail, not email.

It sounds like it could be a case of identity theft.  He should also check with the major credit reporting agencies.

He needs to contact each company he pays bills to and make sure they get paid.  He can also check with them to make sure they have the right address and no mail is coming back.  He may want to get a PO box because someone could be stealing is mail in an attempt at identity theft.
