Stopping Downloads`?

Question

I want to stop my kids from downloading stuff on the PC as it is slowing down and has loads of usless programmes on it. How can i do this.

I also want to block MSN from 9:30pm because i have caught my kid a few times still on it when he should be in bed!!

Any help would be great!

IM Lock program is a powerful program u can download it but not free u need to buy it  then u set up password u can lock instant messaging plus adult sites and lock downloads

Quite easy really. Instead of having a open computer, set up user accounts for them. Password your Admin account. That way they can't download, load programs or alter anything from the Control Panel because with a user account they have restricted access as to what they can do. You can also restrict what programs they can use as well.

There are numerous programs about that restrict the time of user accounts and sites. Net Nanny and the like.

you can use a password lock, just use the help and find password lock.
