Stopping heavy traffic for a minor fender bender?

* like a go cart small push..like a tap..are you supposed to trade information and stop traffic?

ok if there is no one hurt.. and the cars are driveable you should move out of the way and get info from one another wait for cops to come and fill out a report... blocking the flow traffic only causes more problems with other drivers and even could get you run over by someone else.... makes no since to sit in the road if there is nothing wrong with the cars or people driving

no. whenever possible move the vehicles from traffic lanes to prevent another accident

Trade information? yes. Stop traffic? NO! Pull both of the cars off to the side of the road for gods sake. For some reason people think that the law about " not leaving the scene of an accident" means that you have to leave the cars exactly where they are. That's wrong. You can, and should, pull the cars off to the side of the road if they are at all driveable.
