Stops working after a week then will work again

Question

it will work fine the the over load kicks it off after a week if you turn it off then on you can hear the over load click if i leave it off for a few days it will work again for about a week or 2 then do it again took relay and overload off and they look fine and working at this time could it be a bad overload or relay if not should i check the draw of the comp when it acts up and what should the max draw be?                                                                                                              thank you
