Store help [bestbuy]?

last year on july 30,2007 i bought a digital camera at best buy and put insure on for 4 years. and my camera screen is cracked but the receipts print has faded off what do i do?!

Did they deny you already? If you haven't tried, just take the faded receipts with you. Besides, if you bought insurance and its in their computer that proves that you bought it there.
