i need a name for a pastry shop. me and my friend will be selling fancy decorated cakes. my name is abbey/abigail and my friends name in taylor. 10 points for the best answer.

The name should reflect what you sell.  Never use initials for a business name.  You use a business name and once you become world famous, consumers will use initials for you.  e.g. Internationl Business Machines.  You can use a name that is completely neutral, but that is a tougher way to get a business going.  So I would suggest Abigail's Fancy Cakes or Taylor Made Fancy Cakes.  I would also strongly discourage you from associating with a friend, or you might not be friends after a few months.  If you insist on having a friend, put down in writing the responsibilities of each, what each will get in terms of salary, how profits will be split, how much capital each will invest, and how friends and family will be treated when they come in.  In other words don't give the store away.
