Can anyone, (or Owner) tell what kind of document do I need and how much I have to have $$$ to start SUBWAY SANDWICHE store,? or DUNKIN DONUTS store?

Subway is not cheap.  And it's not what it used to be.  They will sell another franchise right up the block from you.  The best way to go is to find a small but up and coming franchise.  Check out Jimmy Johns.  Great concept!  But look to spend a pretty penny.  Most of these company's websites will give you franchising information.
