Store owning business?

Hello, my dad owns quite alot of buildings.

He told me if he had to sell the business, he would get around $15,000 a month for someone else renting the building. The building is about the size of 4 high school classes combined.

Can you really get $15,000 a month just for owning that size of store?

depending on location, it wouldn't be uncommon for a business to pay a premium lease for a hot spot.  remember the 3 rules for business success
