You could go directly to Bang and Olufsen, on Bloor Street...they manufacture them, as well as sell them.

You could also try any of the following, stores.  (all phone numbers are in 416)

Bay-Bloor Radio is perhaps the largest, and best-known

. You will frequently hear their advertisements on various radio stations in Toronto. They carry a wide selection of goods . Most of their sales staff is knowledgeable, but I have met some who were pushy, and want to "upgrade" you.

Two other (smaller) stores advertise little, but  have been around a long time, and have always offered a good product range, and they limit the products to those they believe in.

(although they will likely order something else, if you insist on it)

. They have also fully-earned their reputations for quality of products and exceptional customer service.

It might be arguable to say that no one else has as much knowledge, so let's just say you are assured of being  well treated.
