Stores that can convert mini dv tapes to DVDS?

I live in the san fernando valley.. i need immediate quick help on converting a mini dv tape to a dvd. I need a place that can do it same day like a kinkos (which they have already told me they cant), office depot or anywhere you guys know they can do it....fast!
