Stores that sell flats for small feet?

Hello. I've recently gone searching for flats online, and have found that the smallest shoe size most stores carry online is about a 6.

Is that the smallest they have inside the stores as well, or is that the smallest they ship?

Aside from that, I was hoping someone could suggest stores I could go to [aside from Payless.] and buy reasonably priced flats, suitable for my age [13] for smaller feet. I'm generally a 4 to 4 1/2 in shoes, depending on the make of the shoe.

well the smallest size in adult shoes is 5....

but your lucky im thirteen and i ahve a size 9 shoe...eww

you'll mostlikely have to shop in kids because you have very small feet for your age.

You're kidding right? Lol, I found smaller sizes like, 5, 5 and a 1/2, at stores like Macy's, Wet Seal, Max Rave, and Papaya. [[These are woman's sizes, not little girls.]] Since you're around my age, I suggest Wet Seal/Macy's mainly b/c Wet Seal has cheap ones on sale, but are like really cute, for $10. And Macy... well they just have small sizes. Max Rave had some jelly flats for $3.90!
