  1. well if its hot i wouldnt take milk period, give some before you leave like with breakfast if it gets to warm the milk could turn babies tummy and ruin the day for the family outing! going a day without it is not going to hurt him, make sure to offer fluids, water, flavored water! ect! good luck!

  2. get those ice packs, you can buy them in the section where the ice trays are...put the milk in a cooler on ice, it will be fine

  3. Don't take milk. He can have some when he gets home and water will be quite sufficient. If you are worried about calcium, take some cheese and bikkies for lunch.

  4. try soy milk, it never spoils,

BUT if that isn't nutritious enough, put ice in a cooler, and carry that along with you.

  5. A thermos should be fine.  The best way to keep it cold is to fill the thermos with cold water first and let it sit for about 20mins.  Then pour that out and add the milk.  Another option is to buy the milk if you are going to be near a store.

  6. you could buy long life milk, that way it wont go off being out of the fridge, its not like its an every day thing

  7. Put the milk in the containers (sippy cups or bottles) and then fill a bigger cooler with some ice and just wedge the milk in the ice cubes.  Then you can also pack snacks and a lunch for everyone.  The ice stays a good 8 hrs or so, My husband and I do that for our daughter every weekend and it works like a charm, the milk stays real cold all day.  have fun!

  8. Use powdered milk. Milk spoils easily out of the refrigerator.
