Stormpay situation!?

Question

This man who calls himself rev john licoln contact me about buying my psp and asks to use paypal but I didn't have one so he tells me to send my adress so I do and I get an email from stormpay that says payment confirmed for psp and he tells me to send it to somewhere in west africa I my grandma says it is a scam so i ask him questions about the "account" and where this money is so I decide not to send it but now he is threatining to sue me because I won't send the item one more tome does he have a case?

It is a scam.

Ignore him.  Do not reply to any email. Stormpay is not sending you the emails, they are being sent by the scammer (easy to fake email from someone else)..

Stormpay does not process payment, so it is impossible for them to "confirm payment".
