Stove range and oven won't work but lights and clock do...?

I was cooking the other day and mid-way through my bacon and eggs being fully cooked the range quit working. About half an hour later it started working again. I didn't give it another thought until another morning when I was cooking breakfast and poof. Nothing worked. The range and oven had no heat although the clock and lights (indicating that the oven was preheating and on, same for the range) were on.

The entire unit is about 2 years old, three at the max. I have no clue what's wrong with it.

I would guess there are loose terminals either on the range power cord or inside the receptacle.  But hopefully it is because the plug is not completely in the receptacle.  Pull out the bottom draw and you should be able to see.  Turn off your breaker first to be safe.

Your range is probably a 120/240 volt meaning parts of it run on 120 volts (clock, timer, bells, whistles) and the heftier parts (oven, range) run on 240. On your plug, you should have 4 prongs. 2 are 120 volts each, 1 is a neutral, and 1 is a ground. use a voltmeter to make sure two of the holes in the receptacle are 120 volts EACH. Put one prong of the meter in the hot slot and the other in the ground or the neutral. Then put one in each hot slot, which should give you 240 +/-. If you do, in fact, have 120 in two different slots, then the problem lies with your cord or inside the range itself. If you do not have power to the receptacle, check the breaker, and call an electrician.
