Stove top dual infinite switch

Purchased new dual infinte switch part #12002125 for Jenn Air CVE 3400 cooktop, not sure how wires should be connected. The terminals are not the same as the faulty switch that has now been removed from the unit. Need instructions on how to connect wires to the new switch. Any idea?
