Stove wont stay ignited after cleaning?

my little sister (17) just cleaned the stove but im pretty sure she just sprayed the decreaser everywhere and wasnt careful and now the fire wont turn on. It sparks and the gas is fine. could it just need to be dried or is it damaged now?

  1. Don't worry , its not damaged at all , you will find that the holes where the gas comes out of and turns into flame could be water logged and or blocked with dirt, you need to take the whole thing wash it under running water , replace it , turn the gas on, and use matches to ignite it,  when you get the hang of it do the rest of them.
