and

for surferish guy hair styles, how can u make ur hair like have flippy ends using a flatiron?

Curl DEFINING creams are to make your curls more DEFINED.

To create volume & flips, you can easily do that with a flat iron.

Where you want volume, just run your straightener going UP, so that section would be raised from your crown & create volume.

Where you want the flips, just hold your straightener in that direction towards the end.

Let your hair cool for a few seconds, then you can run some texturizing cream through your ends for texture.
