Straightening and blowdrying hair.?

Okayyy, so i take a shower and wash my hair then i blowdry it and straighten it, it doesnt look clean, it looks greasy.

Does anyone have any tips to make it actually look clean/shiny.

try using herbal essences, (dangerously straight shampoo+conditioner, pink bottle) thats what i use. it works grate! also, if its greasy, try putting baby powder on the roots. i know it sounds insane (: but it works. but  not a lot, just dabs. and make sure you wash your hair good. and dont start straitening until your hair damp, but not too wet.

Use a good shampoo and conditioner ( I recommend tresemme) and then put on some heat protection cream/spray before you dry it.

I wait until it air drys just so all that heat doesnt fry my hair. and it looks fine.

that used to happen to me too until i realized that it was because i wasn't washing all the shampoo/conditioner out. be sure to rinse 3 to 4 times, especially if you have thick hair. this should hopefully make a huge difference!
