Straightening hair when dry a couple hours after dying? yes or no? ?

Im highlighting my hair in an hour and can i flat iron/straighten my hair when it dry the same day?

*shrugs* I know that I did a week ago, and nothing has gone terribly wrong so far. xD

thats going to ruin your hair...its going to dry your hair out alot.  so dye your hair, then let it dry, tomorrow wash your hair and then straighten it when it drys.  it will be more moisturized than if you straightened right after dying your hair!
