I was serving and doing really well, the best I've done since the season ended, I'm really improving. But then on my last couple of serves I felt like I pulled a muscle in my arm. I asked my dad and googled it and it's my wrist flexor. I'm hoping it's just temporary. It hurt so bad that I had to stop serving. It feels tight just sitting here typing this. I'm stretching it (I found stretches online) and I took some ibuprofen. What else should I do? Are there any braces or ways to tape it to keep it from happening again? I have team camp in two weeks and team practice starting in August I really want it to be ok for that.
