Straiqht teeth - crooked teeth?

Question

ok - soo i've had braces my teeth were perfectly straiqht. my dentist qave me permanent retainers so i dont take them off. buhh now my front tooth is droppinq lower than the other one my bottom teeth are qettinq crooked aqain even with the retainers. is there any reason why thisz is happeninq any way to prevent it from qettinq worse? help. :X
