Strange Dream. Would Somebody Please Interpret?

Question

Last night I had a dream that I was sitting in a crib and the guy I like was standing outside the crib looking in on me. I stuck my fingers through the bars of the crib and he started playing with my fingers and then he held on tight. And then I realized how small my hands were. I felt safe.

This dream was more hazy than the rest of my dreams.

Any thoughts on what it means?

is this guy older than you?...Maybe you are looking for someone older and more mature to care for you...hence you being in a crib, which implies that you are still a child..and him being bigger like an adult.

Maybe it is a sign that while you like him and can find comfort with him, you feel the need to protect yourself from him.  Maybe you are afraid of being hurt or becoming too attached.   Or maybe you just feel judged by him.

I disagree with what other people are answering.  I don't think its a prison or anything.  The visuals are important but I think the emotions you felt override them.  You felt safe, so your dream probably just means that you feel really safe around this guy and you feel like you trust him.  Just a guess though.

The small hands could indicate that you feel weak or helpless somehow.

In summary, you feel helpless and weak regarding some situation, and the guy you like is a source of comfort to combat that.
