Strange Dreams?Or something else?

I've been having these dreams for a few months now, starting last November.I'm halfway awake and completely paralyzed, and I have no control over my thoughts.Usually I'm thinking there's something in the room with me and I'm scared it's going to hurt me.

There are also small explosion sounds in my head, and the feeling of some sort of energy running across my forehead and face with each explosion.

It's really unpleasant, but it only happens like every other week or so,if not less. And I always feel completely drained of energy when I finally wake up.

What in the world is going on? D: Are these just weird dreams or is something actually wrong?

  1. . One-third of your lives is spent sleeping.

In an average  lifetime, you would have spent a total of about six years of it dreaming. That is more than 2,100 days spent in a different realm!

. Dreams have been here as long as mankind.  Back in the Roman Era, striking and significant dreams were submitted to the Senate for analysis and interpretation.

Everybody dreams. EVERYBODY! Simply because you do not remember your dream does not mean that you do not dream.

Dreams are indispensable.  A lack of dream activity can mean protein deficiency or a personality disorder.

We dream on average of one or two hours every night. And we often even have 4-7 dreams in one night.

. Blind people do dream.  Whether visual images will appear in their dream depends on  whether they where blind at birth or became blind later in life. But vision is not the only sense that constitutes a dream. Sounds, tactility, and smell become hypersensitive for the blind and their dreams are based on these senses.

Five minutes after the end of the dream, half the content is forgotten. After ten minutes, 90% is lost.

The word dream stems from the Middle English word, dreme which means "joy" and "music".

Men tend to dream more about other men, while women dream equally about men and women.

. Studies have shown that our brain waves are more active when we are dreaming than when we are awake.

Dreamers who are awakened right after REM sleep, are able to recall their dreams more vividly than those who slept through the night until morning.

Physiologically speaking, researchers found that during dreaming REM sleep, males experience erections and females experience increased vaginal blood flow - no matter what the content of the dream. In fact, "wet dreams" may not necessarily coincide with overtly sexual dream content.

People who are giving up smoking have longer and more intense dreams.

Toddlers do not dream about themselves. They do not appear in their own dreams until the age of 3 or 4.

If you are snoring, then you cannot be dreaming.

Nightmares are common in children, typically beginning at around age 3 and occurring up to age 7-8.

Around 3% of adults suffer from sleep apnea. This treatable condition leads to unexplained tiredness and inefficiency

  2. Ok, Do you feel like you are completely awake and you can actually rasonably think in your head, but the only wierd thing is that your eyes are dead locked, sweat pours from your head, and your entire body is paralyzed.  You even scream in your head but you wont budge.  This is actually never been can proven scientifically, but it's rare that people suffer from this at times.  It could be from Post-tramatic stress disorder, or it can be other reasons as well.  I myself suffer from this from time to time throughout the year.

  3. I think it may be de ja vu, but I can't be completely sure. I don't think it is, but I suppose you could ask a professional. It may be stress from something in your life, or a fear shining through in your subconscious thoughts. Although I'm not completely sure that any of this is correct, because it's just a few theories I've figured out in past experience.

  10. Go to a church and talk to the priest. It sounds like you are being haunted.

  11. My brother had those.

    It is called nightmare something.

you are kinda like creaming but your sleeping

it is mostly common in boys

    rarely in girls

  12. You aren't crazy, don't worry. My friend had the same problem you do. It's called "out-of-body dreams/experiences." It sounds messed up; it kind of is. Your soul leaves your body during the night (why you can't move) and it gets trapped outside of your body. The reason you feel pressure and tension is because your soul is trying to get back into your body. It's super messed up, I know. Sylvia Brown talked about it before on Montel. I didn't believe it, until it happened to my friend. Try researching it to find out more.

  13. its okay its an out of body experiance your "spirit" floats around sometimes when you go to sleep and your just having a hard time entering back into the body. the explosion thing is prolly you still being in ur dream world. Just pray before u go to sleep to have an easy entrance and exit.

  14. wow i have those dreams to email me and i well explain they take a long time to explain
