Strange Fungi on Toe?

Um. Ever since i went to the ice cream parlor at age 7 there has been a strange type of fungal matter on my middle toe. I am now almost 38 (party!) but I never got medical help because I figured every one had it. I know have come to realize that this is not so. Help is needed. Immediately. Thank you.

You thought everyone had fungus on their toes???

If its fungus it should be easy to remove, but if it isnt easy to remove it may be in your blood stream and possibly harmful, which would need someone to look at it.
