Strange Liquid in Container?

Question

At first I thought that it ws hash oil ... but to make as much (about 16 ounces) would take more pot than we could afford ... it is about 1:4 ... anyway, I know that meth is heated ... not that ... maybe pcp oil or something similar ... he is very meainingful with what he does, so I know that he would not have gone through the 20 minutes of foiling and taping for no reason.

it might be C*R*A*P.. don't laugh me and my friends call it that... it's alchohal w/ bits of pills in it.. i don't drink it but it might be C*R*A*P. who knows.

sounds like a bong that they flavored the water in, so that when you smoke the weed it picks up the flavor, you need aluminum foil for a bong, but there'd be a hole somewhere in the bottle. and it usually smells horrible. it could also be ether, that smells terrible and needs to be kept air tight. why are you going through his stuff in the first place? why not just ask?

what you describe is the makings of a meth the first one was red phosphorus the second could be what they call a level it has suspended chemicals in it with sudo-ephedrine in it they use a gas to remove the meth from this liquid dont fool around with this stuff it is very dangerous dont pour it down a drain if i were you i would contact the police and let them deal with it. that might not be what it is but better to be safe than sorry. also meth is heated but after the cooking processs it can be stored in botltles like you discribe till he get s the right stuff together to gas it
