Question:

Strange condition i think...pls guys read and help...i'd appreciate it?

i am right - handed.....the only excercise i do is push-ups....after doing push-ups, i can only feel pressure on the muscles of my right arm and not my left arm......there is significant growth of biceps on my right arm but not on the left arm....the difference in the biceps of both the arms is quite visible

what should i do ?? please help folks

  1. what i do is i hav these 10 pound dunbells

    and ill lift them for a couple minutes with both arms, and then stop with my rite arm , and only work out with my left arm for the same amount of time

    do this for acople weeks and youll see the difference go away

  3. as ur right handed, ur right arm is bound to be stronger than your left

  4. It's because you are putting more weight on your right side. As you do a push-up, try doing a push up with just your left hand. There's a good chance you won't be able to do this, if you can then congrats. Now rest your right hand on the ground, and slowly put more weight on it until you are able to do a push-up. This way your left arm will take more pressure than your right and it will strengthen faster. When you feel ready, try to do your push-ups with equal weight on both hands.
