Strange dreams that feel real. does it meen it gonna happen soon?

I have this stange dream that someone is choking me and when i wake up im gaging and have a red mark arould my neck. im scared to go too sleep.. are my dreams really happing too me or could i be living in a haunted house that some sprits are haunting me and want me too move.. please help...! im desperate

No chance. No dreams really are reenacted in the same manner as in a dream. It is a catharsis. you might have relieved yourself  of a suppressed desire.

It is possible that because these dreams that you are having that you are literally choking yourself with your own hands before you awaken. I would recommend that you would see a health care professional now or later depending if you cannot handle the dreams, which you obviously are having a lot of trouble with, or if you notice the dream becoming more and more intense. My general advice would be to go see someone now, rather than later.
