I'm 26 now but when I was about 17 I had this experience where I stayed home sick from school. I was laying in bed and no one was home. I heard someone walk up the stairs then I heard a knock on my door. As I turned to look to the door I saw no one but at the same time I heard someone scratch the wall right behind me so I turned my head to look and something invisible jumped on top of me. I kept trying to move and shout but nothing worked. Even though I am not religious at the time since I was so freaked out I asked god for help in my head and it went away. I ran downstairs called my aunt and had her pick me up. I never slept in that bedroom again and years later I moved out of that house. I heard this could be explained as sleep paralysis. I would take that explanation over paranormal but the real question is the knocking has never stopped.. whenever I am laying in bed at night I hear knocking on my walls. All around my room. One time it was so bad I actually yelled stop and it did. I don't really believe in ghosts per say.. although my entire family claims our first house I lived in until i was 7 was without a doubt haunted. Every family who ever lived there claims it as well.. as faucets turned on by themselves, flower plants would end up on the floor standing up, shower curtains would open by themselves, cabinets would open, lights going and off... I personally as a young child don't remember any of it except one occasion where we all experienced it together. It was raining we heard someone walk into front door and wet foot steps like boots walking down the hallway. My dad yelled if there is someone here knock on the wall and there was a huge bang on the wall so we all ran out of the house and went to a hotel for the night.. I must of been around 5 when that happened.. and that's the only memory of that haunted house. Do you think the knockings I hear now are related?

  1. Spirits sometimes attach themselves to people and will continue to follow you for years there are several things you can do. But you have to choose which one you believe will work because if you do not believe it yourself you will never rid yourself of this or these spirits.

  2. Dude you have some weird stuff happen to you.. I would get a Ouija Board and try to contact whoever it is and find out what they want. If that doesn't work.. don't m********e anymore because they'll be watching you. Gross. Well I guess under the blankets unless they have x-ray vision. Try asking them to materialize in front of you or get some of this on video or audio tape and document it.

  3. Probably, you probably have a ghost attached to you. But its nothing to worry about, its not going to hurt you. But if you don't want near you anymore just tell the ghost to go to the light and pray for him/her to leave. Its not a demon, not an angel, nothing like that. The first incident, to me sounded like sleep paralysis because you couldn't move. But none the less sense you still hear the knocking, I'm sure you have a ghost attached to you.

Don't be scared of it, becuase your negativity is not good for you. Its probably a prankster ghost, just don't be negative and scared. Because the more you are the more noise the prankster is going to make.

  4. If telling it to stop once worked then telling it in a firm voice to leave you alone my work too.

  5. When I was reading the first part of your question I wondered what the nature of your sickness was, because high grade fevers can cause hallucinations.  But that wouldn't explain the continued knocking.  Do you only hear it in your room, and at night?  Have you ever heard it anywhere else?

  6. It's probably yourself from the parallel dimension you were mentioning before.

  7. maybe it IS related,

it must be some late relative, who wants to get close to u...

yea, i understand, that u feel defenceless at night, nay1 wud feel that way,

i guess, its a work of a poltergiest, because they r known to do such sorts of thing... they like playing the fool, and scaring the s***  out of people...really, they r harmless....unless u get mad at them

try to be yourself, and be calm. try calling an exorcist or so...

if u feel uneasy sleeping in that room, then ask ur parents to shift u to soem other realtively 'safe' room

try not to roam at night, calling for them to come out...

  8. i don't believe these kind of things but i sounds like you could use a psychic detective
