Strange marks on arm??

Question

It's like two little pinpricks next to each other with about 5cm apart, on the top of a raised bump. These are all over the arm.

What could this be?

Sounds like a bug bite of some sort...Possibly bed bugs.

You can go to webmd and look at pictures of bug bites and see if any of them match what's on your arm.

idk a picture wood help. it might be something serious if it burns or throbs you should see a doctor. It may be serious
