I really need some help on this! I became a raw vegan about 2 or 3 days ago and everything has been great but to day I woke up with horrible stomach pains! I was previously a regular vegan and never had any problems. I even used the b-room but I've still been having these pains in my stomach off and on all day! Can anyone tell me what could be wrong? Is it the new shift in diet, is it my body getting use to raw foods only, should I see a doctor or something?
ANd to let you know what i've been eating its been....
*Brocoli, mushrooms, spinach, onions, green and red peppers, coliflower, apples, strawberries, grapes, cherries, and fruit juice and water! Could any of these foods be the culprites?
