Strange rash/goosebumps on my face?

I have this rash or something on my face, its not very noticeable (thank the Lord) but its like goosebumps but smaller and they are a wee bit itchy, thoughts?

sounds like you need to get yourself some benadryl. Seems to me that you have an allergic reaction to something, take some benadryl (it will knock you out) and if it doesn't go away in 3 days see a doc. Hives are no fun, but once they go away it feels sooo good.
