Strange tongue ailment?

My tongue has been really sore lately, almost like its been cut. Now the past 2 mornings when I've woken up I have these little white, I guess you could call them balls on it. When I brush my teeth and tongue some of them come off and than my tongue bleeds. What could be the cause of this, and how could I help it? Thanks..

It sounds like a fungus. See your doctor.
