Strangers in my dreams?

Question

Has anyone ever tried to ask those strangers their names? I have yet to do so 'cuz I forget I'm dreaming.

I have a theory and would like to confirm it. I'm probably just nuts, but hey, who knows.

Yes in my dreams there are some very hot girls. But the names dont ring the bell at all. Most of them are none american names.

Now if you would ask for a last name, then go to facebook and search them. hahaah that would be fun

You can make decisions and alter the state of the dream?

Usually when I encounter these strangers they do not have names.  They are only emotion and action to fill in the foreground.  It is how I respond to them that gives you their character.  Usually they do not speak, and if they are, they are pleading for their lives or chanting some mindless, repetitive bullshit.

I think they are there for you to judge them.  They are how you view society.

At least that's how it is for me.  Maybe it's something similar.

No you can't ask their names because seeing stranger in a dream has a meaning and there is a reason for that. So you can't try to ban them from your dream. They somehow fit into whatever happening in the dream and you are another figure in the dream trying to take your place in it.

Not long ago, I had a dream. Suddenly, it started with me parking my car among few other cars. For some reason, I knew I was going to meeting, I didn't know where, nor with whom. I just drove that car but I missed the driving part; as if a director cut that scene out of a film. I found myself parking the car, it was a rural area, very green, isolated and the weather was good. When I stepped out of the car, I saw all these guys I didn't recognize them stepping out of their cars as well. Then I looked around to see the place I was coming to, and from a short distance, I saw this small white building, so I naturally realized that it was the place of the meeting. So everyone began to walk towards the building; I didn't ask them anything because I already assumed in the dream that they were going to the meeting too.

Out of no where, three or four tornadoes began to form one after another, changing directions as if they were looking for us. That part was so scary.

Anyway, I already interpreted this dream for myself and it actually proven itself as I interpreted it. But my point was that the strangers in the dream are controlled by whatever the storyline and the plot in the dream is. I don't think that you will be able to ask them their names because that won't be the reason you will see that specific dream.

Not exactly, and sort of.

I remember asking someone their name, and they gave me a different name, and as soon as i wake up im like "thats not their name" aaha

but i have asked someone who they are, but i never get an answer.

Also, ive only ever had one dream where theres been a stranger. Funny thing is, the next day i saw someone who looked just like him. I didnt know you can have dreams with complete strangers though..i always thoguht it was someone you saw on the bus or something earlier that day..hmmm

thats pretty funny. i guess u can do whatever u want cuz its a dream, there was a strange (not to mention, extremely nice) guy who i was talking to in my dream the other night, would like to know what he would have said if i had asked his name. its weird to think of it, but YOU are actually the one who decides who there are anyway, its your dream!

It sounds like a cool idea. Whenever I meet strangers in my dreams (if I realize that I'm dreaming) I alway just try to have s*x with them, 'cause it's like, why not?

lol i had a dream with a stranger. he was in a red ski mask and a chainsaw and a ppj sandwich. lol his name was mitch and hes from london lol. idk wtf i had befor bed that night lol

I do see strangers in my dream and wonder who they are but never occur to me to ask them and that's a refreshing thought.

What's your theory?
