Alligator jerky- tastes like chicken!!! LOL

Snails- just gross-taste like dirt- that is why they are just swallowed with butter.

Frog legs- tastes like chicken- but once again, drowned in butter.

Caviar.. gross too. Tastes like ocean water and fish.  I'm convinced people just eat it to show off that they can afford it cause it's not good.
