Strapless baby doll gown with black/jade color?

Question

My question is can i wear a black stocking or tight with my black/jade strapless gown? what kind of shoes do you think is appropriate with my dress and stocking? I'm 5 mos. pregnant and it's going to be a formal attire and the only gown i can fit was this baby doll strapless gown. I need some help with fashion. I don't want to show my legs since it's too thin (chicken legs) and i got this flea bites from my husband grandmother's house when went for a vacation. so please

i ned some fashion advice.

I'd try and wear the most sheer and 'light' black possible ...ie: not a very opaque stocking.  Buy a classic black stilletto.  Don't get a peep toe shoe with stockings.
