Soviet Union used to have a close relationship with China. Now, I mean with the current leaders of these three countries (countries' relationship with each other change greatly when leaders are changed), the relationship of these countries with each other is common neighbors. They don't have and don't plan to develop a close relationship. However they help each other when it is in need. As in the earthquake happened in China recently, Prussia and India provide lots of aids.

Russia, China and India are making cooperation agreements between them. The last agreement has been to fight against Afghanistan drugs production that have increased a lot of since OTAN invasion.
