Question:

Strawberry worms?

twice in my life i have bitten into a strawberry and found a little white worm in there.

what kind of worms are they?

and why does no one ever heed my warnings that strawberries have worms?

    Where do you buy your fruit from? If you buy it from a supermarket, you shouldn't have problems with these. But if you live somewhere in Europe where there are fruit trucks, there is a small chance that you might find more.

    I don't think anyone with believe you because they've never seen in before. Well besides on tv, when the student gave the teacher an apple with a worm in it. The only way they'll believe you, is if you show it to them.

    With all these pesticides today, it usually isn't a problem--unless you buy organic fruit, but I still think organic fruit has some way of keeping bugs away.

    Lastly, you should'nt worry too much about this. It's happened to my mother when she was a kid living in Germany. She bought some cherries from a fruit truck, and to her suprise, when she bit into it, she saw a worm!

    So you're not the only one =P
