Stray kitten has blood in his p**p.?

Hi. I took in 2 stray kittens a few days ago, I have had them neutered at a low cost spay and neuter facility...and I plan on taking them to the shelter on Saturday (They're only open on the weekends). I know 1 of them has worms, I seen them in his p**p a few days ago, but I've been checking lately and haven't seen them. I have bought him some wormer which I planned on giving him tonight. BUT he just used the bathroom and i looked in his p**p and there was blood in it..about a dime sized clump. Then there was a little blood on her butt...and she sat on my pillow and theres a few drops on my pillow. I'm worried now...I wish the shelter was open during the week so someone can check her out .Unfortuntely, I don't get paid until next friday and I have no money. I wish I did...BUT I don't. So going to the vet is out of the question, eek. So does anyone know if it's normal, or what it could possibly be? Could the worms cause this? Thanks.

Go ahead and give the wormer that's probably what it is even if you haven't seen anything.Nothing to be afraid of just clean your pillowcase.Be sure to feed them with the meds and don't give more than it says.Poor little things got a rough start but you are so great for helping them.Thank You.After all you've done are you sure you can give them up?Two lucky kitt's for sure!God Bless.
