Streaming quotes wrongfully delayed?

They worked fine until yesterday: I've paid for a year of no delay, and there seems to be no way to contact Yahoo directly about this breach of contract.

They've been delayed in portfolio's since at least Monday, June 25th.  They are working on the problem.  Very frustrating.  RTQ's do show up in the clunky MarketTracker program and on some other pages.  Here's the response I received from Y!F:

At this time we would like to reassure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we can not offer any additional information in regards to this.
