Streaming video problem?

is there anything i can do or download that will help with streaming online video? it is always buffering and jerky and problematic.

You probably don't have a fast enough connection to the Internet. As a result, the computer is slow in handling the stream.  Once it has all been downloaded, you should be able to watch it smoothly, but it will be jerky etc until then.

If possible download and save it to you hard drive.

Playback will be perfect.
