helo all. just need some opinions. comments are appreciated as well. just be honest. what do u think of a man who stands at 5'11 and weights 170lbs/77 kg and is able to do 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs/55kg person standing on his shoulder blades. standing, not sitting. so the entire 120lbs/55kg weight is on him. 12 weighted pushups in a row. all the way down all the way up. what do u honestly think of that achievement for a guy who weights 170lbs/77kg. thanks.

  1. Really impressive, but the longterm health can't be good. That is almost my exact height and weight and I only have a little fat. And muscle weighs a lot more than fat so whoever does this probably has only 1% body fat or something, which sounds a lot better than it actually is.

  2. I am not impressed, any more then I was teh last 20 times you asked this question, or a similiar one.

  3. Lets assume that the weighted push up is equivalent to a bench press.  You can argue this but let's assume it.  Then, 120+170=290,  which is about 1.7 times the subjects body weight for 12 reps.  Pretty damned impressive.

But if you say, "well, he is not lifting all of his body weight" so let's cut it to half of his body weight so (170/2=85lbs; thus 85+120= 205; 205/170 = 1.2 time body weight for 12 reps pretty good.
