  1. sounds impressive to me. ive never actually tried weighted pushups but that sounds good

  2. First of all stand before a mirror and have a glass in both hands full with beer............then go right arm first to the mouth followed by the left arm.....have a friend beside you who is keeping the glasses full, see how many of them you can do without stopping, yes it is true that this is great for the arms but remember to keep moving your toes, and NO sitting down. Also remember the arm must be straight not like jimmie cowan he forgot to stay looking at the mirror.

    Cheers and have fun

  3. Sounds pretty good to me. I think a normal pushup is probably about half your actual body weight (this is a guess based on the fact that I weigh about 200 and can do about 50 pushups and I could do 50 bench presses if I only had about 95 pounds on the bar). So, based on that guess, you're benching 240 14 times! Quite impressive. Especially since that weight is likely moving around and you're keeping good form.

  4. thats pretty good !

seriously, u can play rugby if you could do that !

just learn a couple of moves and play !
